Terms of Service

Aifrobeats uses AI technology to create custom songs and jingles for your personal and commercial projects. You provide us with your desired style, mood, and any specific instructions. We generate a custom song tailored to your specifications.

Upon full payment, you own the custom song and are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual commercial license. This allows you to use, reproduce, distribute, and sell the song freely. Aifrobeats retains the right to use the underlying AI models and techniques for future productions, ensuring we can continue to improve our services.

Two free revisions are included with each song purchase, allowing for substantial changes. Additional revisions incur a fee of $5 per song.

Your completed song will be delivered in MP3 and WAV formats via WhatsApp and/or Telegram.

We delete your custom song from our production database after successful delivery and will never share your song without your explicit written permission.

Payment is due in full before production begins. We accept secure credit card payments through Payhip.

Due to the nature of custom music production, we do not offer refunds except in cases of technical failure on our part.

Our liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the service, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We warrant that the custom song will be free from defects at the time of delivery. This is our only warranty, and all other warranties, express or implied, are excluded.

We will strive to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.

We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes.
